    A construction worker has been remanded to prison following a murder charge. Gregory DeYonge, known as “Buckman,” 26, from High Dam, Caracas, West Canje Berbice, appeared in the New Amsterdam Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Michelle Matthias. The court heard that DeYonge murdered 35-year-old Ceon La Fleur, referred to as “Shawn,” on Sunday, May 4, 2025.
