ActionINVEST Caribbean Inc. (ACI) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified educational institution and business development company of Guyanese origin, benefitting from female ownership and leadership. ACI is focused on becoming the Caribbean’s solution to professional & organizational growth through our action-oriented team delivering targeted business development services to entrepreneurial individuals and organizations.

ACI was established by Dr. Vishnu Doerga, Keon Smith, and Davitri Doerga in 2018 as the umbrella company for the many products and services that were developed as a result of introducing ActionCOACH to Guyana in 2014.

Whilst ActionCOACH Guyana continues to focus on coaching business owners, executives, and managers, the need for more professional and organizational growth services allowed for many new services, such as Leadership Development, Corporate Training, Behavioral Assessments, and Planning Software to be added to the portfolio. Several thousand have now been directly impacted by our services, resulting in clarity and growth.
